New Restaurants and Retail on Immokalee in Naples, FL.: New Restaurants and Retail on Immokalee Rd in Naples, FL.

As residential real estate explodes east of CR951 and Immokalee Rd, the restaurant and retail choices had to keep pace. Currently there are thousands of residents in Golden Gate Estates and many existing gated and golf communities including The Quarry, Heritage Bay, Twin Eagles who have yearned for more choices and convenience. Now with the new communities of LaMorada, Esplanade and Bent Creek we see change is coming.

Emergency healthcare as well as doctors offices and dentists were also in need. These issues have been addressed as well.

After talking with a colleague at one of the new communities near the retail expansion, she was kind enough to share some of the information that she learned. All of us in this area would like to know and here is what I've gathered. (This is preliminary and second hand so don't hold me to it...)

NCH Center 40,000 sqft will have an emergency room.

After talking with management at New York Pizza and Pasta at their original location, they tell me that they are aiming at a December opening. If you have had their food before, you will be excited about their entry into the new corridor.
